Depending on the skirt or service you have ordered the delivery/process time can vary. For details, see individual items in the description box. We aim where possible to deliver your goods within 5-10 working days, this allows time to to manufacture your item as well as delivery. Should this change due to the complexity of design or fitting process, the customer will be informed on an individual basis.
Customs and import taxes
Should the customer be overseas it is their responsibility for any customs and import taxes that may apply. What’s Your Skirt is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on the ready to wear collections only. Bespoke items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Ready to wear Returns Process
Contact What’s Your Skirt in writing within: 5 days of delivery but the item must be unworn, tags to be attached, in the original new condition and must be posted back to our head office within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not posted back to us in time, it would be at What's Your Skirt's discretion on the next actions. Once the item has been returned and inspected, the customer will be contacted and will be offered suitable options of a credit note, exchange or refund.
We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. This is due to your order going in to production within 24 hours so we can get your goods to you in a timely manner.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders through M4U Couture
• Worn garments or head scarves
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
