DISCLAIMER: Due to the care we take to ensure every piece is produced at the highest of standards, please ensure you select the correct size when ordering. Production of your order starts 24 hours after the order has been placed to ensure the best lead times. Once orders are in production, any refund requests may not be valid and an e-credit gift note will be sent instead.

REFUND POLICY

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

If the order is cancelled within the first initial 24 hour window and production has not begun, a full refund can be given and will be processed within 5-10 working days. If production and materials have already begun, an offer of an e-credit gift card note will be sent. Should you receive your goods and you are not 100% satisfied, contact us and the designer will contact you to discuss a reasonable outcome. Refund policies are only valid for 14 days of the receipt of goods.

REFUND POLICY ON SKIRTS  AND ACCESSORIES

What’s Your Skirt is a UK based made-to-order womenswear brand. Returns are unfortunately not accepted on any item that complies with being made-to-order or bespoke haute couture. Our Ready-to–wear products have a 14 day returns policy, if you are returning the product, please contact us to let us know. The 14 days commences once you have received the item. Simply Contact us to return your item for a refund. All returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition with no visible signs of use, all tags and gift wrap must be in a new condition. If there is a problem with one of our items, we will be happy to offer an exchange or alteration free of charge within 14 days of you receiving the product.

All designs on the What’s Your Skirt website are custom made from fabric purchased specifically to fulfil each individual order and they are hand made to-measure.

If there is a quality issue with your item then What;s Your Skirt will offer to rectify the issue free-of-charge. If it is a haute couture garment, made to your size specifications, What’s Your Skirt retains the right to solely offer an alteration or replacement to remedy the issue.

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed prior to the fabric being ordered and any work being undertaken by What’s Your Skirt. If you need to cancel an order you should contact our Head Office via the contact us form at your earliest convenience.

REFUND POLICY ON DIGITAL PDF MATERIAL

There will be no refunds on any of our digital products, should you have a technical issue with retrieving the digital print, please contact us at Head Office and a new link will be sent to you. All digital PDF links will be live for 12 months and can be used purely for PERSONAL USE. Any breach of this and legal action may be taken against you.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-returnable. All e-gift cards are valid for 18 months from purchase date, if your gift card was a gift to you, please present a copy of your gift card email upon your order request.
